摘 要：簡述Shell粉煤氣化裝置開車運行中粉煤三通閥出現(xiàn)開關不到位、閥塞和閥座卡死的問題，介紹粉煤三通閥的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)和故障分析以及國產(chǎn)化改進后的粉煤三通閥的使用情況和技術特點。實踐證明，國產(chǎn)化改進有效解決了Shell粉煤氣化在投煤過程中粉煤三通閥出現(xiàn)的問題，保障了裝置的長周期安全穩(wěn)定運行。
