摘 要：針對空分裝置緊急停車后，Shell粉煤氣化裝置應(yīng)采取的緊急系統(tǒng)保護(hù)措施進(jìn)行總結(jié)。空分裝置緊急停車后，氣化裝置因氧氣中斷必須進(jìn)行緊急停車處理，同時由于高壓氮氣或二氧化碳、低壓氮氣供應(yīng)中斷，要及時做好飛灰陶瓷過濾器、氣化爐、粉煤輸送單元等的保護(hù)，以防止系統(tǒng)竄氣及粉煤悶燃等事故的發(fā)生。
