殼牌煤氣化裝置的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀與展望（續(xù)）

摘 要：簡(jiǎn)述了殼牌煤氣化裝置的基本情況；例舉了殼牌煤氣化典型裝置的運(yùn)行狀況；介紹了殼牌公司為完善裝置所采取的相關(guān)措施；分析了殼牌煤氣化技術(shù)在大型煤氣化項(xiàng)目上的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明：①殼牌煤氣化裝置的運(yùn)行狀況正在好轉(zhuǎn)，典型裝置2011年全年總運(yùn)行天數(shù)達(dá)320天；②殼牌煤氣化裝置的國(guó)產(chǎn)化工作和煤種控制的研究正在開展，將有利于降低裝置投資費(fèi)用和提高裝置運(yùn)行周期；③殼牌煤氣化裝置具有能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率高和水耗少的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，符合國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，將在我國(guó)十二五期間的大型煤氣化項(xiàng)目中得到更進(jìn)一步的應(yīng)用。
