崗位職責(zé)：
1.Ensure all lab activities are in line with Shell Group HSSE system requirements and Laboratory due diligence program
2.Supervise, coach and support the lab staff to ensure tests on raw materials, blending samples and filling samples are carried out according to the Lubricants Quality System (LQS), ensure finished products strictly conform to Shell Quality standards and meet customer and legislative requirements
3.Assist Quality Manager to convert Shell global formulations into local operational formulations to achieve customer requirements and product cost optimization targets
4.Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOM’s) and other material data in the SAP system
5.Recommend solution for handling off-specification raw materials, non-conforming products, expired products, obsolete products, returned goods, damaged goods, Sales & Customer samples and suspected fake products
6.Responsible for maintaining plant ISO9000/14001 Quality and Environmental Management System
7.Organize customer complaint analysis, correction and preventive solution to achieve customer satisfaction, provide training and coaching to lab analysts in HSSE and functional competencies
其他要求：
1.Skill in lubes testing methodologies, instruments and procedures
2.Certificate on ISO9001 Quality Management System
3.Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Chemistry
4.5 years working experience in lab, at least 3 years supervisory experience
5.Good command of English & Computer skills,Strong communication skills
6. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean, TPS is a plus
